This committee will foster supportive relations among staff and members for the prosperity of the ministry of the church. It will conduct performance reviews of church staff with special attention to the pastor and goals previously established by the pastor, to make salary recommendations for all staff members to the Finance Committee and Session for incorporation into the church’s annual operating budget proposal.
